June 2018 | Aggravated Domestic Assault | Wilson County

Client was charged with Aggravated Domestic Assault. Luke put on proof that his client who had been abused for over a year and was acting in self defense. The case was dismissed.

August 2018 | DUI 1st Offense | Williamson County

Client was charged with DUI first offense after being cited for swerving in lane. Luke and client thought that the blood alcohol results produced by the state were high and had them retested. The charged was reduced to Reckless Driving and no jail time was required.

December 2018 | Aggravated Robbery | Wilson County

Client was charged with Aggravated Robbery of a gas station. Luke was able to show that the police made a rush to judgment. After cross examination of the police officer the District Attorney agreed to dismissed Aggravated Robbery Charge.

March 2019 | DUI | Williamson County

Client was charged with DUI and was pulled over for his license plate not being illuminated. BAC was well over the legal limit. Luke negotiated a settlement that involved no jail time and no loss of license.

October 2019 | Domestic Assault | Sumner County

Client was charged with Domestic Assault. After appearing in court only one time Luke was able to have the case dismissed after showing the District Attorney numerous attempts that victim had made fraudulent claims before.
